HA filler such as Juvaderm, Restylane, Revanesse, Teoxane (all registered trademarks) contain hyaluronic acid . HA is naturally occurring in our bodies. As we age we lose HA which contributes to the loss of tension, bounce and youthfulness of the skin/facial anatomy. It can soften deep lines and add volume and contour to areas of the face as well as hydration. These products typically last 6-12 months or longer but individual results may vary. Common areas treated are the temples, tear troughs, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lips, jawline and chin.

Neurotoxins such as Botox, Dysport , Nuceiva ( all registered trademarks) act by relaxing targeted muscles and as a result you get smooth and tightened-fine lines and wrinkles. Neurotoxins can be used for prevention and worsening of fine lines and wrinkles. The onset of treatment is typically 3-7 days ( depending on the toxin) Individual results may vary. Common treatment areas include frown lines, forehead, and the crows feet, bunny lines, lip flip, neck tightening, masseters, and temporalis muscles.

Neurotoxin can also be used for TMJ treatment.

Neurotoxin injections such as Botox, can be used to treat focal hyperhidrosis of the axilla (localized excessive sweating in the armpits) . The toxin temporarily blocks the nerves that stimulate sweating, providing relief for several months.

There is no longer coverage for hyperhidrosis through Allergan as of May 1, 2024. You must have coverage through insurance to have the product for this procedure covered. Clients will need to connect with their insurance companies prior to their appointments to ensure they are covered for this treatment and procedure.

This appointment requires record of previous hyperhidrosis diagnosis. If you do not have record of previous diagnosis, you may be required to book in for an initial consult for diagnosis for hyperhidrosis - this is a one time consultation (50.00$ plus tax). After this consult the NP can provide a prescription for Botox for therapeutic injection to be scheduled at a later date. It will be the responsibility of the client to obtain the product from their pharmacy and bring it to the appointment for a provider to perform the injections. There will be a 250$ plus tax injection fee for this service.

PRP for hair restoration involves drawing a tube of the clients blood. This tube is spun in a centrifuge and the platelet rich plasma is withrawn from the tube and injected into the clients scalp at areas of hair thinning.

We recommend 3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.

Sculptra is a sterile suspension of Poly-L-Lactic acid, which is a biocompatible (does not harm the body), synthetic polymer from the alpha-hydroxy acid family (fruit acids). This product stimulates collagen type 1 (at the site of injection), an important factor related to the skin aging process. It can improve volume loss in the face, fine lines and improve overall skin quality.

Sculptra may last from 1 to 2 years but individual results vary. Most areas of treatment will require multiple sessions at 4 week intervals, for optimal correction. Because individual response to Sculptra may vary, the exact number of treatments sessions required cannot be predicted with complete accuracy. Additionally, in order to maintain the desired degree of correction, intermittent “touch-up” treatments may be needed.
